Room was fine. But the onsite restaurant was convenient for our needs. Had a long flight to get here and being able to just walk downstairs for dinner and bfast was great.

It was all fine, but this facility is HUGE! Our room was a long walk to get to. We found a shorter route via the courtyard which was nice! Dragging luggage down what seemed like an endless hallway was funny to us, but I did want to include this in case people reading this have mobility issues to ask for a room closer to an elevator would help.

I am VERY Disappointed with Booking.com.
My airline changed my departure, I did not need the reservation. I contacted the Booking.com help site twice and never received a response. The hotel understood the issue but said it had to be handled by Booking.com.
It was a lot of money spent that didn't need to be paid.
