Positives:
The rep Mike was very nice and professional. I was able to do a late check in sure to having to head straight to my daughter's graduation after landing in Seattle. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was exactly what I expected and fit my family of 5 comfortably. Breakfast was good although I wish there were pancakes/waffles. We stayed here before and they had the machine for waffles. The rest of the food choices were good. I settled on grits and bacon.

Positives:
Clean, quet, convenient. Nice location. Close to airport, but didn't have to listen to aircraft.
Negatives:
Minor maintenance was needed on the bathroom, the shower curtain rod, No hand soaps at the bath sink. Breakfast buffet was understaffed and ran out of virtually everything at one point because the single attendant could not keep up with the crowd.

I like how it’s convenient to the airport and the mall! The main lobby was clean, and I liked that they offered free breakfast.
Negatives:
There was a weird smell every time we go inside our room. The air conditioning on was loud at the outside . I thought someone was dropping construction. Also they didn’t have any elevator to the second floor. We had to wait like 30 minutes to get a new room, because they had to clean it up.

Positives:
Location was great and set back from main road. It was quiet even when the daily trains traveled through. They didn't blow their whistle. The room is separated into living area, bedroom, separate bathroom. Shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner, gel) were nicely scented. Breakfast was good in the selection, variety. Staff kept up with filling the entree dishes especially when several families came in at once. Available parking.
Negatives:
Mattress was not comfortable and made for several morning backaches. Coffee was not the best. Sometimes coffee containers were not filled so had to wait. A/C wasn't working properly and made for warm nights. We ended up moving to another room. When we brought this problem 2x to staff, they let it go for several hours. Third notification is the charm because a second shift staff member fixed the problem. Also, if you don't mind walking up steps to upper floors, then this hotel is for you. However, ask for a ground floor room...... the building didn't have an elevator. I didn't like the unwelcoming persona when we checked in and checked out. A warm, genuine smile and voice goes a long way.

Positives:
Friendly staff, close to the airport. Great value for all of the included amenities and parking was easy at the hotel.
Negatives:
Breakfast seating was a little tight during the busy time, but not a major problem. Dining area was still bigger than most.
