Positives:
Loved the decor, restaurant Lola was delicious (both breakfast and dinner!) as was Dahlia Bakery across the street. Room layout with sitting area was very comfortable and there was plenty of room for toiletries and makeup in bathroom and additional mirrored area by closet- very nice touches with a bar space too!

Nothing really- bed maybe a little soft but still very comfortable.

The bathroom was not refurbished, it is like in a cheap motel, dated, small, falling apart
A/C is terribly loud
Room lighting is nice, but confusing to operate
Matrace is very, very soft, hard to sleep on
Have to ask for cleaning, otherwise they do not touch the room
The hotel bar is not functioning
The bar/restaurant directly connected to the lobby closes at 9 pm, or closed for private party
Laundry service is crazy expensive
