Positives:
Centrally located in a clean part of downtown Seattle, within easy walking distance of major attractions. It is surrounded by good eateries and coffee shops.
Negatives:
The room was tastefully decorated but impractical. Bedside tables were far too small, insufficient cupboard space for hanging clothing items and insufficient drawer space. There was little space in the bathroom to place or store toiletries. The concept of having to ask the front desk to request housekeeping to make up the room each morning is strange for a hotel of this stature.

The room was so pretty, it was walking distance to the market and a great coffee shop called Dahlia’s bakery!

Positives:
Location was ideal for walking to Pikes Place, space needle and Chihuly museum. Staff was friendly. Nice size room.
Negatives:
Unfortunately there was road construction in front.
One of the elevators was out.
The pillows were terrible and bed not very comfortable.

This was our second stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of most everything. The neighborhood has wonderful restaurants and bakeries. The staff is welcoming and wonderful about accommodating requests.
Negatives:
The pillows. I like firmer ones.
