Extremely small room as well as toilet and shower in what felt like a closet. The room smelled unpleasant when we first arrived, unfortunately the staff wasn’t helpful about that. It was also very loud, and the “view” out of the window was depressing.

really friendly helpful staff, clean and comfy rooms, great location! staff gave us loads of tips and info of things to do in Seattle and in our next location for when we left them. love this hotel :)

would be nice to have coffee/tea making facilities in the room. you can get complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning which is nice but it would be nice to be able to have coffee in bed in the morning!

-Housekeeping wasn’t done even after requesting for it a day earlier. Trash and towels were replaced though.
-Door to the stairs were locked the entire time, so we had to wait for the elevator. Wasn’t too long, but it’s always nice to have the option of stairs :)
