Positives:
The location is very central to the downtown shopping district. Most attractions are within walking distance.
Negatives:
The cleanliness was subpar. They missed cleaning our room one day and the next day all they did was make the bed and change the towels. When my husband went down to mention this to staff stating that this was unacceptable the staff threatened to kick him out. We had prepaid for our 3 night stay at $1189 USD. My husband told me to look up our bill and how much we paid. Once the staff did that they changed their tune. We did get moved to another room.
I stayed at the Theodore Hotel a year ago and our stay was good. But after this time I will not be returning.

The location was excellent, and the room was spacious.
Negatives:
There were no free water bottles in the room or a water station on the floor. Ice wasn’t available on the floor either, so we have to call the front desk to bring it up to the room. We ended up buy a big jug of water elsewhere and keep it in the room.

Hotel Theodore is very special, greeted warmly and offered a glass of wine upon check in! The room, genius perfection, smartly appointed, all the small details that truly make your room and stay "elevated'.

Fantastic location with easy access to the Pike Market. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as too were the common areas of the hotel (lobby etc).

This was our second stay at Hotel Theodore for a weekend trip to Seattle. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Recommended!

The standard king rooms are quite small and best suited for a single traveler. My husband and I brought very small weekend bags only and found the space a bit cramped. Would recommend a premium king room for more than one traveler.
