Love, the fact that you had a eucalyptus steam, hot tub, and pool, but unfortunately, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the hot tub and pool area

The cleanliness of the hot tub area and water, The valet staff were not very welcoming at all and wasn’t aware of the outrageous cost of the valet even though our car was parked 20 feet away and we got ourselves both times.

Disappointing and won’t return. Overpriced...

The hotel is centrally, located near Pike market and the light rail. The staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. I enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi along with the steam room.
Negatives:
This may not be related to Hyatt, but I did not care for the attached restaurant. I felt slighted by the waitress because I did not want a meal just dessert. I could tell by her expression that the waitress was not happy. After taking my order, I waited for 10 to 15 minutes to receive my dessert which was basically just ice cream. It never came so I got up and left.
