Everything was fantastic, from check in to the room to the grab and go cafe on level 2. The bag check staff who looked after my luggage for a couple of hours and the sweet young man who helped me with my luggage to a taxi when he saw me struggling with a painful knee injury.

The beds were uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The biggest issue I had was with the bathroom. The bathroom did not have a fan and for a “4 star” hotel, I didn’t think I’d get out of the shower with the walls and everything else sopping wet.

The bed was so comfortable...

Great location close walk to Pikes Market, Space Needle and other areas downtown. Hotel was very modern and clean. Room was very nice, had great views and very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Our room was not cleaned the next day at all. Had to call for towels to be replaced at night. Disappointing that the room was not turned over.
