"It would be helpful to have guidance in front of the parking lot. I tried to park before check in, but I couldn’t open the gate, so I had a hard time returning to the hotel entrance. During check-in, the staff told me that pressing the button would connect me.

Relatively clean, modern, good location, felt safe, a lot of dining options.
Negatives:
Confusion regarding breakfast credit. Was told conflicting things about where the credit could be used. The coffee place said it could be used for the buffet, the buffet manager seemed unsure but sat us anyway to make up for the confusion (he was wonderful). Please make the breakfast credit system more clear to your staff during training!

Location was within walking distance of some attractions.
Negatives:
The umbrella the hotel provided slashed a cut in thumb. Upon check in and before parking/ reaching my room my hand and clothes were covered in blood. Upon notifying staff the only thing they did was provide A band aid.
The shower stall was absolutely horrible. This is a safety hazard.
The view was horrible.
The elevator banks confused the guests.
The parking fee is horrible.
I want a refund.

Everything was fantastic, from check in to the room to the grab and go cafe on level 2. The bag check staff who looked after my luggage for a couple of hours and the sweet young man who helped me with my luggage to a taxi when he saw me struggling with a painful knee injury.
