A month after my stay I am still trying to get them to remove charges from my credit card that do not belong to me. I prepaid for my entire reservation on booking.com, which they confirmed upon my checking in, then about a week after my stay mysterious additional charges showed up on my cc. I had to contact them several times about it and each time the reason was different, none of which made any sense. I finally filed a dispute with my cc company and the charge was removed. Then ANOTHER CHARGE showed up a few days later and I’m going through the same thing all over again. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or intentional, but whatever it is is inexcusable. I’m going to have to file another formal dispute. In looking back at other reviews just now, I see that I’m not the first person this has happened to. The rooms are nice but not worth the hassle they put you through afterward. If you stay here be prepared for extra charges to appear and no good answers as to why.
