Negatives: Our room didn’t have a/c the first night, it was 78 degree all night and very stuffy, with four of us in 2 beds it was very comfortably hot. We called down to get help and they said the engineer was gone for evening but they would send up a fan, it was never sent up. They fixed it by the next night which was much better.

Negatives: Check in process - was told room I booked was no longer available and I’d be getting a down grade and was told I would not be getting back any price different once the room costs. After I checked in because it was such a late midnight check-in, I proceeded to go to my room. They had given me a card to room, once I walked into that room, there was the TV was on and food as if somebody was in the room so I immediately close the door and walked downstairs and let them know the error. Front desk, apologize, and provide me another key when I went to that room, I knocked on the door as a precaution, and answer the door as I open the door at the same, to my surprise and embarrassment. I went back down for the second time to the front desk. I received another apology, and another room key for the third time. I ended up staying in the downgraded room that night. And the next morning I was told the road to be ready at a certain time that I had originally booked. However, it was not. In the late afternoon around four 5 o’clock when I was able to check into that room, originally reserved, the bathroom was not working. I immediately notified the front desk once about an hour later we knock at the door at the front door. I communicated that we were waiting for Maintenance to fix the toilet. Another hour had passed and no one had come. I proceeded to let the front desk know that I was waiting for maintenance. Nobody had somebody else from housekeeping showed up instead. When I returned from my day out, the restroom was still not working. I finally got a little bit flustered and let front desk know. At the end, aside from all the crazy mixup at the very beginning, and in my opinion, completely unacceptable check in process. This was a trip I had been planning for well over six months the first of my trips that I’ve ever taken in over five years to be able to relax and to decompress in a city that I very much appreciate and enjoy being in.
