The location was nice to the conference I attended.

The room was clean and comfortable but the room was very cold and did not heat up well. The shower was not user friendly and could only get cold water.

The bed was comfortable and it does have parking included.
Negatives:
So we booked this property because it had parking and it was somewhere to sleep after a snowstorm. Bad choice, the staff flat out ignore you, no room was ready for us (6pm) the toilet was falling off the wall and there were holes in the doors and walls. The walls are paper thin and the breakfast was stale cereal and old bread where there is no place to sit inside and eat it!
Way way way too overpriced for what you are getting, take your money elsewhere and enjoy your stay in Seattle.

Positives:
I really liked being very close to the "downtown" Georgetown nightlife. The hotel room was comfortable enough and I did get a good night sleep.
Negatives:
The hotel is a bit overpriced for what you get. It's pretty dated but the bed, bathroom, etc did work ok. You're paying extra for the location close to Georgetown and SOHO.
