Staff was basically very nice
Negatives:
First room was not clean or maintained. Tv did not work there was not a screen on the sliding patio door and carpets were dirty and in need of repair. They moved us to another room without a balcony and there was no cost adjustment.
Included Meal is not a Buffett like all of the others in the hotel chain. This one serves you frozen meals.

The hotel was well located for our needs. The staff were welcoming and the room adequate. The room included toiletries and a coffee machine. The self-service breakfast was basic but set us up well for the day.

The price was outrageous, even though there was a lot of events those weekends, the type of hotel doesn’t worth the amount of money payed. Again, not staff fault, but this hotels shouldn’t been allowed to charge this much.
