When we arrived we were not welcomed as expected. They did not even acknowledge our anniversary and just tossed us the keys. As people of color you tend to wonder if it's because of that so something to consider.

Luxury stay in the heart of Seattle. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had two types of showerheads. The room was very quiet.
Negatives:
The remote control did not work well. The blinds in the bathroom are not completely private and are a little strange for families.

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room with Bayside view and the room and the view were both perfect. No complaints at all. The hotel in general is so beautiful and stylish, with such lovely views from all sides. Everything was super clean and the staff were so friendly!!
Negatives:
The location wasn’t the best - it’s about a 15-min walk to Pike Place Market but I hadn’t realised that the downtown area is really quiet and unfortunately there are quite a lot of homeless people hanging about.

Wonderful maid service. Helped organizing my stuff! Best maid help I have ever had! Wonderful valet service with my car. Friendly and just wonderful! Front desk people were smiling and welcoming. The bay views from the room and from the restaurant on the 16th floor was so wonderful and the waitresses were so kind and thoughtful.
Negatives:
A little more options on the breakfast menu—maybe. Really nothing.
