They were on top of fixing my broken air conditioner.
Negatives:
One girl at the front desk was super rude to me about the air conditioner broken. But when you have an animal their safety is important too. Also my room was very dirty. Gross microwave and the floors were black never cleaned. Besides that housekeeping is very nice and helpful.

It was terrible! Room says non-smoking but when I opened the door the cigarette smoke was so strong even if it’s a non-smoking room. Staff transferred me to another room and said it’s their premium room. I asked for another towel since my reservation was for 3 people but he gave me a torn and worn out towel. I took a photo of the towel. The bed sheets and pillow cases smelled awful like they were not washed properly. The second queen bed had dirty sheet. I took a photo and showed it to the staff. He said they don’t have any extra bed sheet to give me. I asked for at least clean towels for me to sleep on but he said they don’t give extra towels. I asked him to reach out to his supervisor to help him handle the situation but he said the supervisor was already sleeping and didn’t want to bother him/her.
