Airport shuttles could run longer than 9pm..
Also our sink clogged up and this was when we went to use the sink to brush our teeth.. having a late flight I was too tired to get maintenance & we had to leave a few hrs after to get to our destination… it was upsetting that it felt like I couldn’t rely to have simple sink working. On top of the shuttle service not running past 9pm.

I sent two emails via booking.com asking about the shuttle bus. No response. Was told at check in the bus runs 7:00am/-10:00pm. Not helpful for me as I needed to leave at 5:30am. $26.00 for an Uber to airport.
Vomit at the external entrance door to rooms. The bed was about 5 inches thick. No hairdryer in room. You have to request one? Coffee maker in the bathroom
