Positives:
The location is good, close to the city center and main attractions. It costs about $65 one-way from Seattle Tacoma International Airport by taxi. Room and bathroom is large enough and in pretty good condition. The view from the room was nice facing the Seattle Times building. We were on third floor and facing the street but did not have any complaints from noise.
Negatives:
It was all going well until we flipped one of the pillows we slept on in the first morning and saw the condition on the other side. No need to describe it, the attached photo speaks for itself. It is incomprehensible how something like this can be overlooked while changing the sheets and covers -if they ever did- and unacceptable not only for a hotel of this caliber and price but just any hotel!

Lovely room with good view and very comfy bed. Plenty of bottled water available from reception if you ask. Good for the Space needle but, Seattle is very spread out and hilly.

Positives:
Comp wine from 5-7 was a very nice touch. Food excellent! Had breakfast, stayed for appies and dinner 1 night. Staff friendly, helpful.
Negatives:
Self Parking lot left us a ticket. We had to go back in to hotel after checking out to be told that tcket is left by garage service to all guests regardless if we were staying in hotel. Bit of a nuisance.

Nice hotel but experience was ruined due to payment discrepancy and overcharging from advertised price on booking.com
Negatives:
Unfortunately, I am in the process of chasing up after being significantly over charged. The price via booking.com was more competitive than their usual price for a room. However, due to a technical issue on their side, the booking.com order didn’t pull through on their system. This meant they have charged me over 120 pounds more than I agreed to pay via the app as they assured me a key could not be issued any other way. The person on the desk assured me they would refund the difference, however after trying to contact them since, I have not heard back! Meaning I am still chasing! I am sure this must be against booking.com rules too

We had a lovely welcome message from the hotel and greeted by very helpful and friendly staff couldn’t do enough to help and we even had a upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco and card for our wedding anniversary in the room from them which was a very special touch brilliant hospitality and stay will love to return great location too Thankyou all so much.
