The room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Location to airport. Bartender was friendly and attentive. Check in staff were considerate to the situation we were exhausted and did their best to accommodate an early check in. Water in the room was appreciated.

First check in was not a nice experience with a arrogant young lady at the front desk that rolled her eyes to me
She claimed I had no booking until I showed her the confirmation . That’s ok by why did she get irritated ?? I had to stay a second day ( still canceled flight) and the same thing happened again but with a new young lady at the front desk
This time claiming my credit card did not have my name but it did - apparently issues with reading or
Waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order for breakfast. Dinner was even worse The waiter asked me 3 times during 35 minutes to remind him of what I ordered
The chicken sandwich contained a very small piece of chicken in a bad condition
Since the bad things just continued I think it’s worth mentioning If it would just have been one thing or two no big deal

Location so close to the airport. Very well equipped hotel. We had also a good dinner in the hotel. Nice we were able to drop-off some luggage since we arrived before check-in time.
Negatives:
As experienced travelers in the USA: it was unclear whether breakfast was included or not. We received 'complimentary coupons' for which we are grateful. But to this day there is still an amount reserved on my credit card that is not the overnight costs. Let's see how this goes: was the breakfast really complimentary? If so, thanks for that.
