Between Friday, Dec 20th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Dec 22nd, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 22, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 day/s prior to arrival will incur a charge of 20% of the booking value. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy).

Positives: The location and room was clean. The food was good I had the Cuban sandwich at restaurant 515. .

Negatives: The bed was uncomfortable. The fridge was not functioning. There were only a couple of ice machines in the whole building. Parking was difficult. My key cards were not functioning properly.

Negatives: The check in staff member didn't honor my request to not have housekeeping during my stay. And she didn't seem to care that someone has established a profile on the website using my email address keeping me from being able to check in using the website. I wanted someone to take action on this other person who is using my email address with Marriott.
