There were no coffee in the morning. When staff was told there was no coffee. They didn't make it priority to accommodate. This hotel does not offer free breakfast. The least you could do is make coffee, considering the cost of the room. There is no shuttle service available. The temperature of the swimming pool is cold. I booked a waterfront room with a balcony, the room had a balcony but did not face the water, it faced other rooms.
