Railroad running behind it ; very noisy neighbors in connecting room. Lighting in room is very harsh - especially by beds - should have adjustable or dimmable lamps by beds. Lack of and/or low quality amenities (coffee, toiletries) - for this category proper, the amenities should be better.

great location for boarding NCL. Near local attractions and great food. Clean and quiet. The restaurant downstairs had the best breakfast. Must try the chorizo gravy and biscuits with eggs on top! Exceptional!

Positives:
All around great experience. Waterfront location is directly across from pier 66. Less than 5 minute walk to NCL cruise baggage drop and check in. Hotel is also close to attractions and Downtown area. One of the amenities was free passes to the Seattle Art Museum which we enjoyed visiting.

The breakfast at Hook and Plow was awful, didn't finish the food and felt sick all morning, really unfriendly and inattentive and the coffee was really bad. The pool was nice but no bathroom to go to or change in. There was nowhere to refill your water except the gym (there is flavoured water in the lobby which is bad for your teeth) and so you waste a lot of plastic bottles.

We arrived quite early in the day and were given an early check in. We really appreciated the ability to drop our luggage off in the luggage room but were even happier to be able to get to our room early.
Negatives:
Only option for parking was Valet service. They did a wonderful job but just got expensive as there is a fee to park on site in addition to tips.
