Superb
Positives:
The location was great for our needs. The room was clean and offered a complete kitchenette, with full size refrigerator with ice maker. There was a microwave, sink, dishwasher, plates, glassware and silverware. You can easily save leftovers from eating out and re-heat for later. Free laundry service (self-service) is available. There was a filtered water bottle filling station on our floor, with ice and water.
Negatives:
The rooms are basic, and not fancy. Our room was large enough, but furnishings are basic. The A/C could not "catch up" for a couple of days during 90s temps in Seattle. The first night especially was very hot in our room. The "energy saving" feature to turn off the A/C when the motion sensor does not detect people in the room made it very hot - taking hours to catch up. The breakfast was included in our room price, but we only tried it once - it was not good. There were multiple over-charges that appeared as pending on my bill. I'm used to one "over-charge" when you arrive, which is settled after you check out, but not multiple charges. I had to call Accounting, to get the billing straightened out. Be aware you must have a smaller car to park in the parking garage. Do not think you can bring a full-size pickup or large SUV and find a stall large enough to park. Parking would be tight even for a mid-size SUV such as a Subaru. Luckily, we chose a small SUV for rental (Ford Escape). There is no EV charging, which is crazy, as every other car in Seattle is an EV because gas prices are extra high in Seattle.

The breakfast was very good and stayed well stocked all morning. I was glad to see the signs the staff put out in the dining area requesting that we eat our breakfast and move on so others could enjoy the food. There were some groups of people hogging multiple tables all morning on the first 2 days so I appreciated the effort on the staff's part. The lobby bathrooms were always clean and all but 1 staff member were very nice.
Negatives:
1 rude staff member when I went to ask a question at the front desk. The food in the restaurant (though I know it's technically a different hotel) was way overpriced for what you get. That seems to be a running theme in the area as well so I wasn't surprised, just disappointed.

Positives:
Location was great. Easily walked to sites. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - overall exceptional. They are dealing with a lot of people and a lot of different personalities. We used the exercise room which was very clean and adequately stocked with equipment.
Negatives:
We enjoyed the breakfast room. It would really help to add another waffle maker.
The shower in the bathroom really needs a lip on it, otherwise water just goes everywhere.

Positives:
Friendly and helpful staff. Even though we arrived early we could check in sooner than normal check in time. Breakfast was very good and had a nice variety. Bar shared with Even hotel was good with a wonderful bartender and music. Nice and quiet.
Negatives:
Location was a bit farther from the waterfront than I had thought but no problem getting an Uber.

Very nice stay with good...
Positives:
- Awesome to have a small suite with a fold out couch!
- We had an issue with our HDMI cord for our TV in the room, but maintenace came by with a new cord. It was a very pleasant exchange.
- I'm a clean freak and even the headboards were dusted. Very nice.
- The front desk clerk was extremely professional and accomodating. She was juggling many things at once, but handled it with grace and I wanted to acknowledge her and let her know she did a fantastic job!
- We didn't explore the area too much, but, seemed quiet at night.
Negatives:
- There was a group across the hall who were playing loud music, but that's not the hotel's fault. They took care of it, so, that was nice!
- Slight disadvantage to have the bathroom in the room making it so that the person on the couch would have to go through the room to get to the bathroom. Keep that in mind when booking a suite.
