The location was excellent, within walking/ wheelchairing of all the best sights and destinations. We'll be back next time we're in Seattle.

Too much money for property. Older and you could tell it. You had to buy your breakfast if you wanted it and had slim selection.

Great Value for Money
Positives:
Loved the pineapple theme! The soaps smelled like pineapple and all the little details in the room and hotel were really cool! The location was fantastic! We were able to walk to the Starbucks Roastery which is a must and Pike Market. We could even get to the theaters and convention center if we would have needed to.

It was perfect for what...
Positives:
The property was located near mass transit, restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was relatively quiet. The hotel staff was very accommodating and even allowed us to store our bags when we came back from our cruise.
Negatives:
A couple of blocks away from the hotel it became very sketchy even during the daytime. However, it has no bearing on the hotel and if you stay to well traveled areas you’ll be ok.

I booked the suite and we have plenty of room.
Just hoping that the shower area is closed and not open so the water doesn’t go on the bathroom floor. The lights are little dark for me , but this is a personal preference . I don’t like dark rooms.

Positives:
It was a unique and very comfortable hotel. Amazing staff and very convenient to all areas downtown. The bed was fantastic!! I slept so soundly and got some much needed rest.
Negatives:
I liked everything, I wish that there was a grill or a snack bar for late night munchies. But, I think that would be cost prohibitive.

Positives:

- cleanliness
- snacks and beverage availability
- Coffee shop and donut shop literally 50 feet away
Negatives:
- overrated bedding. It was impractical that each person had their own duvet which in theory sounds nice but the heavy weighting caused it to fall off the bed
- room small and for the price would have expected a ductless unit as opposed to wall unit
- be vigilant if walking more than a block away as homelessness, crime and urine stench is excessive.
- I know Seattle is expensive but overpriced considering the negatives stated
