It's a fun vibe, great staff, great location and feels safe - lobby doors lock late evenings. Room is cozy, price is better than many other hotels, parking is reasonable.

The bar counter in the lounge was closed, and the "afternoon coffee and pastries" was just a pineapple shaped cookie in a plastic wrapper, and the lobby coffee that's there all day.

Location was excellent! Close to coffee shops, restaurants, public transportation, attractions, and there was a shuttle to the cruise terminal with a very affordable fare. We loved the bed! Best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Nice whimsical little touches like the toilet paper wrapped like a pineapple, the pineapple charger, the complimentary water bottle. Finally, terrific staff! They were personable, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
Negatives:
Nothing major off the top of my head. I’d say the bathroom door could be adjusted so it closes properly. There’s a slight gap and water is splashing out

It was a fun hotel.
Positives:
The beds were absolutely great...Best ever for a hotel/motel. I liked the flooring. No carpeting and easy to clean. I have a dog and it was wonderful to have treats and doggie do bags.
Negatives:
I had trouble getting in and out of the bathtub. I'm not disabled but some sort of handle installed would have been so much safer.
