The hotel has a great vibe from the time you step into the lobby, into the elevators and the room.Love all of the unique and funky touches everywhere. We sat in the lobby and watched the themed videos on the side of the elevator. Very much liked the ability to tip housekeeping staff with a QR code. Location was great!

This was one of the cleanest hotels ever. I was not afraid to walk barefoot or lay on the duvets, because ALL of it was extremely clean! The attention to detail with all the adorable pineapple themed items—from the cookies to free water bottle to towels—was wonderful. The front desk was helpful with us getting to Pike Place Market and telling us about the monorail and how to get to it. (So cheap at $7 round trip!) It’s very close to the Space Needle and other attractions. There is a grocery store/market about 3 blocks away and some restaurants nearby.

Positives:
I really enjoyed the location and supplemental add-ons. Its a small thing but getting free drink vouchers (in the form of coasters) really left an impression. In a world where we feel nickeled and dimed regularly getting free drinks stood out to me!
Negatives:
They should consider changing the crust on the pizza in the bistro, we love pizza but the crust seems strange, not sure if it was gluten free but it had a taste and mouth-feel of being sans gluten.

Positives:
Overall I think the property is nice. The location is great for going to a concert or event at Climate Pledge. I think the rooms are way overpriced but I understand that it is the location that we are paying for. It was clean and felt safe.
Negatives:
I saw other people were given drink vouchers and we were not. I also find it to be pretty thin walls and noisy at night but I think there is just a lot of excitement going on coming back from a concert.

It’s was so fun and funky! I loved the dog dash so much we adopted the stuffie. It’s a unique stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We love the individual duvets we’re going to do the same when we get home.
