Friendly staff, cute design, good food. Good charity partnership.
Negatives:
Shower pressure too low, only one chair, no noise reduction (heard everything in the hall as well as the traffic outside, TV was haunted (changed to streaming by itself and then turned itself on 30 minutes after we gave up trying to watch it, hallway had no A/C, the shuttle you offer was useless. There were 40 people trying to get to their cruises and a 5 passenger vehicle showed up. We were all late for our check in time and that was after getting an Uber instead.

Their lack of food no vending machine to buy drinks at night. Food quality and selection at their property location. Service at said restaurant. Their choice is transportation they set it up and they never showed had to book my own to make it to port on time.

Bar service was slow as they only ever has one person on who had to do everything. Take orders, serve drinks, deliver food from the kitchen. We would definitely have dined in more if this was better. We felt sorry for the person on the bar!
