Positives:
Food from the cafe was excellent: egg, chorizo & potato burrito & blueberry scones, as was the coffee! Great cafe & front desk staff. Friendly & helpful--so refreshing!
Negatives:
The pillows turn flat & hard after laying for a few hours; mattresses are firm--to hard, futon-like. It's ok for a night & younger folks might prefer extra-firm matresses. Would've been perfect if the bed & pillows were more comfortable.

Our bathroom door got locked and could not be unlocked by maintainance - so we were moved to a suite where I had to sleep on a pull-out couch. Terrible nights sleep - my back hurt. This was the only negative event during our stay.
