The only disappointment was that there was not safe in the room. The building is old and the air conditioner comes on every 10 minutes then shuts off after one minute. A little renovation and the Hotel would be a 4 star.

This only thing good about this motel is it's location. It is across the street from airport, bus station, and tram.
Negatives:
This one location is old, dusty, and smells funny. They will try to charge you for crazy things like plastic forks pack if you brought leftovers from a different place. The rooms do not have a mini fridge or safety lock. The towels are stained and old. It's just a downer, never again!

Friendly and helpful staff but the property is older and needs updating. Decent breakfast and service. The location is close to the airport and light rail - easy to get to both. The light rail is a great way to get to downtown Seattle. Rooms are clean. This is a good budget hotel with airport service.

It was very close to the airport, the staff was stellar and our room was very comfortable. I slept like a baby.
Negatives:
The only downside and it small is that the 2 of us are seniors and we got a room that had 3 stairs down to our room. Dragging our large bags down and then back up was very challenging.

This place was absolutely filthy. They sent me to 3 different rooms and none of them were clean, the place absolutely stinks like a nasty old building, there was dirt built up around the wall by the elevator… like nothing was even close to acceptable…. Why in gods name would I want to shower with other people’s pubic hair… like just naaaassssty. Stay somewhere else.

It was a very clean room. It’s not a great neighborhood but in the room w an air conditioner fan going it was quiet. Admittedly I’m a fan of white noise so it seemed peaceful. The bathroom water pressure was great. The tub was clean. It’s a bargain spot but I found the room and the bed were of very high quality esp. for the rate.
Negatives:
It’s a big confusing building. A lot of parking spaces outside room window but they were blocked off so I couldn’t use them. Not a big deal but I noticed.
