Positives: checked in very late night, desk staff was very cheery and welcoming. Great start to the hotel experience. Called for house keeping before leaving room for the afternoon, and when we returned a few hours later our room had been attended to.

Negatives: The coffee time could last a little more than 2 hours in the morning :)
