The hotel and guestroom was beautiful, comfortable, and relaxing. I love the historical aspect of the building. It's location was fabulous; being close to Pike's and the stadium. I would definitely stay here again and again!

The hotel is adorable and the rooms very cozy. Location is great for walking to shopping, market or to stadiums.
Negatives:
One reason we selected the hotel is that parking was available. The valet was overwhelmed with guests. Though the location does not provide ample drop off/valet space when busy. We were affected on the way in and out. We will stick to walking next time.

Cutest hotel located right in the heart of it.
Positives:
If you are going to Lumen field, this location is awesome. The rooms were large and comfortable.
Negatives:
Although the staff was great at check in, the check in software was not - it easily took us 15 minutes to check in. The rooms were a little dark - the interior of the hotel looked like it gets a lot of traffic, so although modern, everything looked a bit worn.

FAR TOO EXPENSIVE, as are all the downtown Seattle Hotels now. This equates to one trip a year now to spend tourist dollars as opposed to the 3 or 4 trips that we used to make.
