Central location, good facilities. Waitress at breakfast in Patagon was excellent.
Negatives:
Very disappointed with check-in process. We had flown over 6 hrs plus airport headaches only to vaguely hear fm desk person that the hotel was very overbooked, suggesting we might need to go to another hotel, which of course got me upset. She immediately got defensive/combative, but was then able to accommodate us. Of course I was thankful in the end, but the whole process was very confusing.

The PROS is that there is a restaurant and bar on site, brunch was good. They have a market store where the stuff was not overly marked up, but saved a trip finding snacks around in the rain. The SHOWER was FANTASTIC! Coffee and water provided in the room.
Negatives:
The bed and seating was very LOW, the room temp would not adjust.
