The carpet in the room was disgusting and filthy. It had a terrible odor. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Water pressure in shower was very low.

Great location, near good restaurants downtown. Close to light rail and loads of taxis nearby. The room was large and had everything you need. Bed comfortable. Easy check in, and helpful staff.

Won't stay there again for $1800 ,,they where on strike so no cleaning room ,trash filled up in lobbies over flowing for days they locked the entrance doors so we would have to walk to Valet which was a pain in the a## and the upper managers did not care about complaints

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. We walked to Pike's Market. We rode the monorail to the Space Needle. The monorail was literally one block away. The rooms were great! The bed was very comfortable! The staff was very helpful! We were going to go on a cruise and the morning we left, we were sitting in the lobby with all of our luggage (we were going to call an Uber driver to come and get us) and the Concierge saw us and got us a shuttle instead. That was so nice of her.
Negatives:
We were traveling with another couple, so I requested rooms next to each other, and that did not happen. But we did rooms close to each other. This was not a big deal though.
