Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel

Negatives: The only downside was the hot tub was not working

Negatives: I was contacted several times by (automated) mails declaring how much the hotel will welcome us and appreciate our stay...! No words at all to the ammenities which were out of service (where our kids was focussing on): The Pool was completely out of order and the gym was without air conditioning with full glass wall which couldn't be opened... The balconies were nice but not a chair (or table) to sit and enjoy the view. The hotel was definetly ok but not for that amount of money and there wasn't any offer or excuse for all those negatives from the management.

Negatives: The bed was very very comfortable but it would have been nice to have extra blankets in the closet to use if needed I felt like I was just under a sheet which made it hard to get comfortable. Also would like to have had something in the room letting us know what was around the area IE: restaurants, places of interest.

Negatives: We chose this hotel because they have a hottab. It was out of order. The pool was way too cold to swim. The hotel has a thin wall, so I could hear neighbors. We couldn't sleep because people stayed top of us were so oud. The hotel is so old, it needs the major renovation. The receptionist was not nice either. It was our anniversary trip, but we were so disappointed to stay there.

Negatives: Ants all over my cookies that I had on the table. Really dirty carpets.

Negatives: The room assigned to me did not meet expectation

Negatives: Had a confirmed reservation for a Delux King Bed with water views. Aranged late check in with credit cars. On arrival to facillity we were told hotel had over booked and they put us in a room with queen bed facing parking lot. Room was also down a long dirty hallway. Iam temporarily disabled using a walker post back surgery. And this was very painful. I wound up sleeping in an upright chair with a blanket as my partner all 6 foot 5 285 lbs took up the whole queen be. I travel alot, this was the WORST hotel stay I have had in years. Man at desk said nothing he could do about it as hotel was booked full. So why were we kicked out of our confirmed room without notification that might have allowed us to find other accommodations at a different facility. Asking for a refund for a terrible night stay and lack of customer care. Absolutely no communication other than to ask us if we wanted to buy wine or champagne, or extra pillows for out stay. That was internet letters. I will not stay at a Best Western again!

Negatives: customer service in a word worst ever.

Negatives: Not a huge selection of breakfast in the a.m. was left to choose from. Wi-Fi was down. Plus they required us to put a parking pass in our cars. Just inconvenient in the rain. They need a fan in one spot.

Negatives: Facility old in process of being remodeled, chipping paint on facade, old carpet in hallway and uneven floor, TV always on loud in the lobby. Restauarant food good but very expensive

Negatives: Cleanliness could of been better in corridors. Ban on smoking weed. The pool was out of order and looked as if it had been for a while. Reception staff not too helpful.
