Kathy the night receptionist. She was effective in solving the problems with our stay.
Negatives:
Room 308 mattresses over used and need to be replaced. Visible sink in of body outlines on both mattresses. Tv remote didn’t work, wi-fi code didn’t work, phone didn’t work and mattresses terrible felt like you would get stuck in the body ruts on both queen beds. Mattresses Uncomfortable and need to be replaced!!! Kathy replaced tv remote batteries at front desk. She gave us the September wi-fi code so we had wi-Fi.
She attempted to fix phone;however, phone was broken. She sat on bed and said I feel what you are saying. Let me see if I can find another room for you. She found room 314. Let us sit on mattresses and yes, they were comfortable. TV worked, TV remote worked, phone worked and both queen beds were comfortable. We were so satisfied with enabling Kathy to problem solve and problem resolution. You saved our vacation!!!
