Room was wheelchair accessible but not room for wheelchair to get out door. Also, to get out of building, I either had to maneuver 8 steps (with a broken leg) or a 30 degree ramp. Carey in room was grody. No cleaning service in the week I was there until I called the office. Outside doors unlocked so LOTS of random people coming in and out of the building at all hours of the night. Cars in the parking lot blasting their music very loud all night long. Shady looking deals going on 24-7. How is this place in business??

The location was close to our family gathering, which was good, since the motel clerk wouldn't let us check in at 2:00, so my husband had to return at 3:00 to check us in.
Negatives:
The spare bedroom's heater didn't work. Both bedrooms were very cold. both were heated with one small electric wall heater, which was inadequate to heat the entire suite.
When we arrived back at the motel for the night, we were approached by a homeless man who asked my husband for a cup of water.

The room was dank, located under a stairway. The underground foundation leaked and dampened the carpet. The bathroom door had been removed-there was no bathroom door. The wifi connection did not work. "Breakfast" was not available when they said it would be at 6 AM. Instead they handed me a bag with a packaged muffin, two Quaker granola bars and a packet of uncooked oatmeal. When I first arrived the man at the desk (who I assume was the owner) was gruff and unfriendly. I asked if I could use the bathroom off the lobby. He just shook and his head and said, "No." It was all a bad experience and I would not recommend that anyone choose this motel to stay overnight in Spokane.

Well, blood on one large wall and area where it had been wiped and smeared all over huge wall...pubic hair in multiple areas of bathroom and sink to kitchenette...garbage left under beds ! Tv NEVER had service during entire stay . Then when I checked out they had the NERVE to go inspect room before giving deposit back ..NO APOLOGIES , NO EMBARASSEMENT ..
