The staff were absolutely amazing! Never have come across better customer service at a hotel. Extremely friendly and unbothered by our large group’s many requests/needs. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast. Offered egg white omlets with vegetables and turkey sausage. Very thoughtful for us who must avoid cholesterol. Plus fluffy, flavorful biscuits. Gal at desk walked me outside to show me location of a certain business. Like a friend would.
Negatives:
Hotel is located in a busy area with fast traffic which I didn't like. Yet it was next to interstate which was good.
Positives:
Staff checked on me PRIOR to my check out to ask if I needed extra towels or toiletries that I may have ran out of or forgotten. I thought I had woken up late, they told me to let them know if I needed help to my car? Love this! I WILL definitely return.
Negatives:
Nope! Parking lot was well lit, hotel spotless, breakfast w/ options and well managed. Cucumber water? To die for. Perfect!!

The pool was very warm which I loved. The bed was comfortable and I loved my room.

The hot tub was very strong and made my eyes burn

The room was clean, beds comfortable. Food service was good, and plentiful. Handicap parking was located at a side entrance close to the elevator.
Negatives:
There was no welcome book in the room. Assistance was needed to adjust the heater. The desk clerk came but left the thermostat set at 75. We were never able to get it to hold a temperature lower than that.
The fire alarm sounded at 5:30AM on Sunday and everyone was required to gather outside in heavy rain, even though it was obvious that there was no fire.
