The front desk staff was awesome!

The breakfast. Could not enjoy the fruit, as it was no where near ripe. Only served frozen foods like, had to defrost frozen type pancakes. No fresh bread or bagels to toast. Just horrible. Could have used a bigger table in room, as there were two of us, suitable room for one person only.

Room was dirty and not cleaned when we notified them. No breakfast was available for 2 days. Charged $30 for our pet even tho no mention of the charges on Booking.com. There was a party that kept several rooms up throughout the weekend. Staff could care less. Emailed the Manager our concerns (after no response from the staff) and it took her a week to respond. She took $43 off a $292 bill. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

Being woke up at 130am by hotel staff. Being kept awake by teenagers partying next door until 330 am. The trash that is called breakfast. The shower making an alarm sound the entire time I shower. The smell of pancakes bacon and eggs being cooked by someone apparently living in the hotel. I stayed for 8 days. I wish I hadn't.
