Beautiful motel inside and outside and within walking distance to downtown and the arena. I love that it’s right by the falls too.
Rooms are always clean.
This was my 6th time staying here.
Negatives:
No continental breakfast and there was a loud machine type noise all night, it might have been the elevator?
If it wasn’t for those 2 things this would be a solid 10/10.

We have stayed here multiple times. The location is great, feels safe, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Was definetly thrown back with how our stay was this time however.
Negatives:
The room was not overly clean this time. The fridge was not clean and smelled horrible, let alone had an unknown substance leaking out of it. The ac was hardly working and sounded like a helicopter in our room. There was a bandaid used to hold on the back of the remote as well. This has never happened in the 3 other times we have stayed here and was taken aback by it.
