Positives: Nothing at all

Negatives: Overall this was a horrible experience ,the staff was really rude and did not care one bit . I was never able to check in to the room I paid for because of some night audit which she said could take up to four hours while me my friend and her young daughter were outside in our vehicles at 1 am after traveling for some time . Then it took a request and call in from myself to get my money back 2 weeks later and nothing more . We slept in our vehicles that night and next morning . They would not even let the girls use the restroom.

Positives: Staff was wonderful. The security was good, as there was a gate to keep out any undesirables from prowling cars.

Negatives: Had to go to the front desk to get a hair dryer, hamburger buns in the cabinet from who knows when. The first floor room was not bad, but the first floor is pet friendly, so there was a smell of urine. Dogs piddle...I understand that.
