The property isn’t in the best side of town, the room was quite frankly the loudest room I’ve ever stayed in. The fridge was loud, we heard the neighbors breathe, and every step the upstairs guests took. Overall not a very restful stay, but not the worst experience we’ve ever had.

Update (9/7/24) - I have now finally received a bill from the urgent care I had to go to for these bites (back in July) for $200+ and had to pay a co-pay as well!! This is beyond RIDICULOUS and I'm DISGUSTED at the customer service with this whole situation!!!!
I stayed in this hotel for one night on 7/14/24 and left the next day. My room was 319. It was nice and I enjoyed the breakfast before I left to go home, but about 11 days later these weird bumps started to show up on my skin on 7/25, then the next day I woke up to find all of these bites on my legs and arms. Turned out that they're BED BUG bites. They take roughly 14 days to show up, but depending on your immune system. I had to go to urgent care due to having an allergic reaction to the bites and go on medication and had to miss work because of this. I have had to bug bomb my house and I'm so traumatized and scarred not only mentally, but physically as well that I haven't slept in my own bedroom this whole time due to being so scared that I'm going to end up with more bites. The "flare-ups" of these bites were so painful and burnt so bad that I was constantly crying while struggling to calm it down. I'm going to have to replace my bed in order to feel safe enough to sleep in my room and not constantly wonder if I'm going to be bit more. I had called the hotel after this a few days after the bites got really bad, but the general manager was so rude to me like it didn't happen then refused to give me my refund, which was just a simple request at the time. I call the Hilton corporate customer service TWICE and got brushed off by them as well both times. I've now had to lose my own money for having to deal with this issue that could have been prevented if the hotel was properly cleaned.
