The parking price is prohibitive and the room was not cleaned even if I asked for it, so we stayed 2 days with our dirty diapers in our room :(

We had a difficult day ahead of us as we took my husband's brother off life support and helped care for his children. We asked if we could keep the room into the afternoon. (the hotel was almost empty)We were told only until 2pm for a $25/hour charge. A little humanity and kindness during these devestating times would have been appreciated.

The lobby, the artwork, the location.
Negatives:
The bathroom was designed by someone who never used one. The sink was shallow and water would spray everywhere whenever you used it. There is no vanity, only a very small glass shelf about 5 inches wide and 6 feet long that is above the sink. It is also not flush with the wall so items would fall between the crack. There is literally no place to set the hairdryer down unless you put it on the sink.

When we checked in around 3-4pm and got to our floor 1 of the rooms had a bunch of cups outside in the hall way. The next morning when we checked out around 8am the same cups were still sitting there. The bathroom was painted red and you could see all the spots on the wall from people brushing their teeth/washing hands

The restaurant aunt was great

It didn’t feel clean, bathroom floor was sticky, it was smaller than the pictures indicated!. The small refrigerator was in a cupboard on the floor making access very difficult for an elderly person to an access.
The heating cooling vent blew onto the bed!! The rug didn’t lay flat in front of the closet it was splitting and was kind of tripping hazard
It was very quiet that was nice!
