Positives:
The hotel was clean and modern.
Negatives:
There was no overhead lighting in our room. So coming back to the room at night we'd have to fumble around to find the lamps and switch them on. There also was a surprise $26 a night parking fee that I was unaware of. There also is no sound insulation from the outside and there were police and fire sirens both nights, people yelling outside, gun shots, and just... everything to keep us from being able to actually get a good night's sleep. I won't ever be staying here again and won't recommend it to anybody.

Positives:
The art everywhere, it was almost like an art museum. The king bed was comfortable. Our room had a view of Mt. Tahoma. Upscale feel in the lobby and elevators.

Bath towels were meh.

Positives:
The size of the room.
Negatives:
I like the room size. The furniture was low quality. Very old and worn down. The bed was worn down. I couldn’t get any house keeping. Told me i have to book in advance for it. Couldn’t even get my sheets on my bed changed. No ice machines worked on any floor. No gift shops. The vendor machine was down. It was so complicated. They tried to charge me for stuff i didn’t ask for. They were not compromising at all. The staff wasn’t helpful. Don’t book on the weekends because the water won’t stay hot. The fridge was very small. No microwave for the piece I’m spending. They don’t even have one down stairs. The parking is terrible. Not even attached. Didn’t feel safe leaving my car. Homeless people had a lot of access. Came out to a flat tire.

Wasn’t worth the price
Positives:
Comfortable bed
Beautiful landscape
Different pieces of art displayed in the hotel.
Negatives:
I was showering (before 9 am) and all of the sudden, the water was cold. I had to rinse off the shampoo with cold water.
There was no way to turn the heater off, so you were always listening the noise, which was loud, therefore I would recommend earplugs for sleeping.
The "patron lounge" area needs to improve. The area was not as nice as other hotels, and the "snacks" choices were poor. For breakfast time, the lack of choices is something that definitely needs to improve.
Overall, I think it's an expensive hotel, and is not worth it.
