They have cameras and security in the parking lot watching cars and who goes in and out of the building. I personally like this, but you can tell from Google reviews people are timid about what can happen to their vehicles. Ours was perfectly safe

Drug addicts in the next room over were yelling, screaming, crying. Called down to the front multiple times. Once they didn't even answer. Was not able to sleep. Hands down worst experience in a hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff, hands down. They were so helpful and kind. This hotel is lucky to have such a great manager, and wonderful people working at the desk.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good & well-stocked but lacking fruit.

You have to schedule cleaning the day before & pick up clean towels at the desk. Our toilet didn't flush right. One day the tap water came out brown. We found our room left open one day. No one to fix anything over entire Thanksgiving weekend.

Staff were very welcoming. The woman at the breakfast was amazing. Staff at the desk were also attentive. The extra safety measures in the parking lot were reassuring.

I think the door lock was broken and the shower curtain had a mildew smell to it. Breakfast was a stretch. The exact same thing every morning for 4 days and "protein" was boiled eggs and yogurt. We don't expect much and well, that's what we got.

The hotel has been remodeled since the last time I stayed. Close to emerald queen casino, car museum and glass museum. And Tacoma dome.
