Upon arriving we passed one hooker and the staff repeatedly coughed into her hand while she handled my identification and handed me would appear to be to blank cards then gestured for me to park on the back side of the building as we drove back there we passed a second hooker John situation and honestly drove off and rented a place somewhere else it was horrible

The staff coughed into her hand handled my identification handed me to blank plastic cards had me park on the back side of the building which was scary as hell we encountered several hookers and guys trying to pick up on them and I wish I was kidding this was one of the worst experiences I had my life I rented a place somewhere else I didn't even bother staying there I didn't bother getting out of my car. I can't blame them for the homeless situation but man oh man that was as scary as scary gets.

Positives:
The bed was comfortable. Towels were clean. Nobody bothered me. Office staff was kind and approachable when I needed to go into the office for messing up my key card or forgetting it my room.
Negatives:
The sheets were dusty, there was garbage in the trash can, and the floors were dirty and sticky. I had to use a swiffer dry/wet and still the floor was not completely clean. They were working on remodeling the property. The room door was not flush against the door frame, there was a large gap on the bottom left corner and around it. Oh and one morning there was a huge cockroach in the room.

It was cheap and I paid the price. The room was sparse, smelled of smoke, and had too many parties going on.

The only thing that was worth staying there was that I could have my dog there

Big ass gap under the door. The door didn't shut all the way correctly, had some chick high on something being Hella loud put side our door crying at 3am making my dog bark.
