Gated parking lot was locked and no one answering access button so had to wait until an employee to arrived to get into property after a late arriving flight. Not a good set up.

Pillows hard as rocks, bed hard, impossible to get into, taxi had to drop me off in neighboring lot and I had to drag luggage through the bushes and the lot to the front then when my boss was picking us up (3 of us stayed in different rooms) we all had to meet him at the same neighboring lot since he couldn't get in either.
