Motel 6-Tumwater WA - Olympia

Negatives: One day they cleaned the roof. All that moss and gutter garbage landed on our car. Had we stepped outside would have landed on us. I was livid we were not forewarned. Management and staff do not care about their patrons.

Negatives: I hope the new owners of M6 let go of all the poor managers and staff. Getting good value does not mean a good room, good treatment, or good anything. Paying less means getting less.

Negatives: The afternoon front desk clerk is a dismissive,. unprofessional, snyde little man... long brunette hair skinny wearing glasses, who could benefit from sensitivity training and so could the man taking over for him at 3pm shift change. I'm a very frequent customer having also used you guys to shelter various domestic violence victims for safety away from there other half on various levels of severity and it always have been treated with respect care and personal appreciation by yourself especially Jen the manager in the mornings who I just adore. I just got out of the hospital and it was pouring down rain in freezing outside I'm had made a reservation here and then went to fulfill it there however my chime card was not working right and I arrived about an hour early so don't mind waiting since I paid, I thought, already online for the reservation. The little guy was unbelievably curt and didn't Skip a beat to demeaning tone say no rooms are ready so I must wait for the housekeeper management to inform about the room becoming available. Okay so I waited until after 4ish and I was told by the now red blonde larger man that it's ready...ugh. okay so I present my id and bank card but I had locked the card since I already paid and assumed he'd simply check it matched and I would defrost in the cozy room. Didn't happen since My card was locked and, of course, my phone had died which I would use to easily remove the lock but found not a charger for said task asking to use a c type please if they have one. He then sighed heavily and shot a glare of anger at me as he plugged in the cord so I could free up the card for use. The charger after About 30 mins hasn't charged the phone past 1%.

Negatives: the bed was damaged beyond belief and i was denied a different room or bed.

Negatives: I was scared and the cleanliness was gross

Negatives: The room smelled bad and the bed was very uncomfortable, it was way to small for a handicap room aswell

Negatives: That was drug deals in the parking lot there was noise all night long doors slamming people screaming and hollering in the parking lot people smoking marijuana outside my room door I didn't like anything about motel 6 in Tumwater I would not recommend motel 6 in Tumwater for anyone with families broke down cars in the parking lot with shades in the windows mattresses on top of vehicles just disgusting all the way around.
