No ice on our floor, bistro had no chef or food on Thursday checkin not sure about other nights, massively under staffed, with no room service during our time there. We had to pay for breakfast.

The second day, breakfast was switched to ordering off the menu. Guests were not notified in advance. Many left, unhappy, without breakfast. Breakfast staff were training. I was ignored for quite awhile. The supervisor finally spoke to me. The food was slow coming out.
