Positives:
On the first day of my three day stay I was greeted and welcomed to this hotel by a pleasant and cheerful front desk lady. The coffee in the lobby was excellent and the sugar and milk were good quality. I loved the warm cookies on both the first day and my last day. Our bed was comfortable but a little extra effort on fixing the sheets and blankets would help. The room was well stocked with items for the bath.
Negatives:
On day two the hotel front desk person was to busy to even ask about what I needed. My bed was now less comfortable because the added items that keep the sheets in place had not been properly secured. By the third night my bed was a mess and the spread continued to fall to the floor taking the other blanket with it.
The room had just one regular coffee and three decaf coffees. Why should I need to ask for enough coffee for both people in the room.
The refrigerator was broken with the shelf’s in disarray. I placed one half of my sandwich and the next morning it was almost frozen. The towels were well worn and needed to be replaced. There was only one washcloth available for both of us. Final note: to receive room cleaning I would have needed to request it on my day two so it could be scheduled for my third day when I check out. That did not make sense to me.
