Yes I feel that if a person books a motel expecting to have a pool it should be accessible, I called twice for a refund and both times was hung up on!!!!

Housekeeping kept coming to our door asking if we were leaving yet, even with the sign on the door, they lied about pool and breakfast (had none), the room was not very wheelchair accessible, especially the toilet. Wifi did not work.

Key cards didnt work. Hot breakfast was oatmeal packets, nothing else. The juice machine was broken.. They over booked, and I ended up in different room that had broken microwave, coffee maker and broken refrigerator. Pool was getting maintenance.

The staff went beyond doing there jobs to help my wife have a ground leave room because she can not climbe stairs she uses a walker the lady at the front desk maid my wife feel like she was the most important person there all of the staff were great

That the pool was closed because that is how my wilf gets to feel like a normal person because in water she can walk with out the pain but we understand that things happen and we can not always control everything

Toilet leaked / slash ran the entire time. TV did not work. Bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Tried calling the front desk several times the one time someone answered noone came to fix the issue. The other 5 or 6 times I called no one even answered

It was dirty. Filthy walls, carpets, stains on bedding. I didn't take my shoes off in this hotel, I wouldn't walk on the carpet in my socks, so gross! I expected that there would be franchise standards for cleanliness?

The room was very dirty. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The walls were very dirty in the room. Upon arrival for check in I had to wait 20 minutes due to staff not being at the counter.
Positives:
This hotel should be condemned. The beds are infested with critters and the room was clean to the naked eye but once I got out my lights and magnifying glass. I wouldn't put a person whom I hated in it.

There was nothing about this hotel I liked. It was absolutely disgusting. Food left in the fridge, no shower curtain, the beds were dirty and infested with critters. This hotel should be shut down and demolished. There was mold and a complete waste.

The location was close to a mall so we were close to just about anything we needed.

The website says pet friendly but they waited until the third day after I paid to make an issue and tell me I have to check out because animals arent allowed. No refund and we were in the middle of a snow storm. Room was filthy and outdated.

Pool and spa were both closed and did not say that on profile, the halls and room was filthy and in need of repairs. The bathroom was really despicable. There was a hole in the tub and peeling paint around the " repair". It is bad!
