I electronically requested airport shuttle service at 5am and received an email stating my request was approved. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told the shuttle did not start until 7am, negating my main reason for booking a room there. We were forced to Uber instead.

Hotel was under construction and renovation, wish I knew that when I booked the room, or any communication prior to trip. Room was nice, but furniture was very old and some of it torn.

Furniture and Decore in this room were the worst I have ever encountered. Furniture had many rips in them. Looked like a dog or cat had used it for scratching posts. Room was also dirty. Cobwebs and dust in the corners. Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Staff is rude. Especially a lady at front desk. There were really old discussing couch and ottoman that were torn all over. We missed breakfast because we were told it ended at 11am. We watch staff eat the leftovers and we’re told we’re welcome to what’s left over but the cleaning lady took most of it. Building inside some hallways are torn apart. Why be open and charge so much if it’s not up to standards. We stayed because we were passing threw. But we will never stay again. Just very disappointed in everything especially the staff.
